C'est pourquoi j'ai très envie de te voir. Toutefois, et justement parce que je tiens à toi, j'ai malheureusement besoin de poser des règles très strictes pour notre prochaine entrevue.
En effet, aujourd'hui, préserver ma santé est une priorité pour moi.
Or, pour moi, CHAQUE adjectif ou pronom masculin pour parler de moi EST une violence. Et, que ce soit volontaire ou non, quand cela vient de mes proches, c'est aujourd'hui pour moi insupportable.
Si ton partenaire de danse t'écrase les pieds, cela te fera mal, même si c'est involontaire. Et si c'est réitéré, tu vas devoir arrêter de danser avec lui, même s'il n'y peut rien (dyspraxie). Il en va de même pour moi et le masculin. Actuellement, j'ai "les pieds" particulièrement sensibles, les "os" brisés par XX années de masculin subi. Les "os" sont en train de se ressouder grâce à la cessation progressive de ce qui est pour moi une violence. La phase de cicatrisation est la plus délicate, celle où ma résistance est la plus faible.
La souffrance d'être mégenrée est proportionnelle à l'attachement que j'ai pour le locuteur. Or, TU fais partie des gens importants pour moi. Donc il est spécialement important pour moi que TU me parles de la façon correcte.
La façon dont on parle d'une personne, c'est une question d'habitude. Cela nécessitera donc des efforts de ta part pour en changer. Je suis navrée de t'imposer de tels efforts et de telles contraintes, mais, pour que nous puissions parler ensemble sans danger pour moi, j'ai besoin que tu fasses ces efforts, et que tu t'entraînes dès aujourd'hui à changer tes habitudes mentales et verbales à mon sujet (y compris en mon absence !).
Note : il y a des techniques pour aider à changer ses habitudes et ses perceptions mentales, c'est même [un] métier [coach]. Je sais qu'il faut minimum 21 jours de pratique et d'effort pour changer une habitude - mais c'est parfois plus, surtout quand l'habitude est ancrée. C'est pourquoi il est important pour moi que tu commences à t'entraîner le plus tôt possible.
Tu m'as affirmé que mon bien-être est important pour toi, que tu me respectes et que tu veux me soutenir. Je t'en remercie. C'est pourquoi je me permets de te dire comment incarner cette intention : pour me soutenir, la première chose à faire est d'apprendre à parler de moi telle que je suis, au féminin.
J'ai vraiment envie de passer du temps avec toi, de partager des moments agréables ensemble.
Je suis navrée d'être source de contraintes, mais pour que je puisse le faire sans danger pour moi, il est nécessaire que tu apprennes cette nouvelle habitude. Actuellement, et parce que notre relation est précieuse à mes yeux, c'est pour moi une question de santé. Tout comme une personne immunodéprimée a besoin que ses proches fassent l'effort de porter un masque chirurgical et d'éviter le contact physique.
Si tu n'es pas OK pour faire les efforts nécessaires, je ne t'en voudrai pas, mais je serai obligée d'en tenir compte et de m'éloigner pour me protéger. On n'a pas besoin de voir ou de parler à qqn pour l'aimer (exemple : feu mes grands-parents...).
Dans tous les cas, je souhaite te voir, au moins le temps d'un échange, au moins pour te dire que je t'aime et que je tiens à toi.
La durée de notre entrevue sera directement proportionnelle au nombre de fois où tu m'appelleras au féminin, et où tu accepteras spontanément de t'interrompre et de te corriger quand tu feras l'erreur (tu en feras, mais si tu acceptes de t'interrompre et de te corriger immédiatement, c'est OK).
Ce ne sera pas un indicateur de mon affection ou non, mais simplement un effet de ma résistance à la douleur en cette période de réparation interne.
